摘要
提出森林灭火作战有效空间理论模型,包括环境因素、林火对象和灭火力量三个主要组成部分及其包含的若干要素,通过彼此之间物质、能量和信息的流动共同作用于有效空间。通过对云南山地森林火灾实战分析,森林灭火作战空间理论模型可以帮助指挥员解决控制点、控制线和缓冲控制区的定位问题。
An effective space theoretic model of the forest fire suppression is proposed,which including three major components of environmental factors,forest fires and fire-fighting forces,and a number of elements,by each other substances,energy and information flows together in the effective space.The analysis for Yunnan Mountain forest fire suppression battle shows that the theoretical model can help the fire fighting commanders to solve the positioning problems of control point,control line and buffer control area.
