溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床治疗分析

Clinical treatment of active ulcerative colonitis

目的观察柳氮磺胺吡啶口服与巴柳氮片剂灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果。方法将56例患者分为两组,对照组(28例)与治疗组(28例),对照组采用柳氮磺胺吡啶口服治疗,治疗组采用巴柳氮片剂灌肠治疗。两组治疗时间与评价标准相同。结果对照组近期治愈9例,总有效率为53.6%;治疗组近期治愈13例,总有效率为82.1%,治疗组与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P≤0.05)。结论巴柳氮片剂灌肠治疗比柳氮磺胺吡啶口服治疗效果好。

Objective： To observe the comparative treatment effects of SASP and balsalazide.Mothods：Fifty-six patients were divided equally into the two groups： the control group and treatment group.SASP was taken orally in the control group,and balsalazide troche clysis was used for the treatment group,with the two groups having the same treatment time and evaluation criteria.Results：Nine patients were cured in the control group in the short term and the total effective rate was 53.6% while 13 patients were cured in the treatment group in the short term and the total effective rate was 82.1%.In the comparision between the two groups,there was significant difference（P≤0.05）.Conclusion：Balsalazide troche clysis treatment is better than SASP taken orally.
