家庭巡诊指导老年患者导尿的效果评价

The effect evaluation of family patrol medical service on nursing care of gerontal patients who need urethral catheterization

目的探讨家庭巡诊指导对院外家庭老年导尿患者管理能力的影响。方法将2007年6月至2009年5月出院的56例实施家庭巡诊指导的导尿患者设为干预组,2005年3月至2007年3月本院老年科出院的50例导尿患者设为对照组,采用自行设计的调查表、上门巡诊、电话随访等形式进行调查,评价实施家庭巡诊指导后对院外家庭老年导尿患者并发症和照护者管理能力的影响。结果干预组导尿并发症明显低于对照组(P<0.05),管理能力明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论实施家庭巡诊指导能明显减少导尿并发症和提高院外家庭老年导尿患者照顾者的管理能力。

Objective： To investigate the effect of family patrol medical service on complication of gerontal patient who need urethral catheterization and the management ability of patients＇ caregiver.Methods： Experimental group were 56 patients discharged between 2007.6 and 2009.5 who needed urethral catheterization.The control group were 50 patients discharged between March,2005 and March,2007 who needed ethral catheterization.All these patients were given family patrol medical service and were evaluated with questionnaire,family patrol medical service and telephone follow-up.Results： The complication of urethral catheterization in the experimental group was obviously lower than that in the control group（P0.05）and the management ability of the patients＇ caregiver was obviously higher than that in the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion： Family patrol medical service can significantly reduce complication of urethral catheterization and improve the management ability of the patients＇ caregiver.
