摘要
目的:研究南海二叉黑角珊瑚Antipathes dichotoma Pallas的化学成分。方法:利用反复硅胶柱色谱对化合物进行分离纯化,通过波谱分析方法,结合文献对照,鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从南海二叉黑角珊瑚提取物中分离得到9个化合物,分别为:胆甾醇(Ⅰ)、3-羟基-5-烯-麦角甾醇(Ⅱ)、3-羟基-4-甲基-麦角甾醇(Ⅲ)、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯(Ⅳ)、3,4-二羟基苯甲醛(Ⅴ)、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲醛(Ⅵ)、咖啡酸(Ⅶ)、鲨甘醇(Ⅷ)、胸腺嘧啶(Ⅸ)。结论:化合物Ⅱ~Ⅶ均为首次从二叉黑角珊瑚中分离得到。
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of Antipathes dichotoma.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel and their structures were identified by spectral analyses and comparison with literatures.Results: Nine compounds were obtained from A.dichotam and characterized as cholesterol(Ⅰ),ergosta-5-ene-3-ol(Ⅱ),4-methyl-ergostatrien-3-ol(Ⅲ),p-hydroxybenzoate(Ⅳ),3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde(Ⅴ),vanillin(Ⅵ),caffeic acid(Ⅶ),batyl alcohol(Ⅷ),and theymine(Ⅸ).Conclusion :Compounds Ⅱ~Ⅶ are obtained from Antipathes dichotoma for the first time.
