前置式与后置式踝足矫形器对脑卒中患者步行功能恢复的影响 被引量:1

The impact of the front and rear ankle-- foot orthosis on the recovery of walking function of patients with stroke

摘要 目的观察前置式与后置式踝足矫形器对脑卒中患者步行功能恢复的影响。方法将52例脑卒中患者随机分为前置组26例和后置组26例。前置组佩戴前置式踝足矫形器,后置组佩戴后置式踝足矫形器。观察指标为恢复至扶拐步行时间,恢复至独立步行时间,3个月时10m最大步行速度和Barthel指数。结果前置组恢复至扶拐步行时间(13.8±8.3)d较后置组(15.3±7.9)d快(P〈0.05)。前置组恢复至独立步行时间(27.4±14.9)d较后置组(35.9±18.0)d快(P〈0.05)。前置组10m最大步行速度(41.5士12.8)m/min较后置组(35.7±13.3)m/min快(P〈0.05);前置组与后置组3个月时Barthel指数无显著差异(P〉0.05)。结论前置式踝足矫形器与后置式踝足矫形器相比,可加快脑卒中患者步行功能的恢复。 Objective To investigate the impact of the front and rear ankle--foot orthosis on recovery of walking function of patients with stroke. Methods Fifty--five patients were divided into two groups. One group of patients received front ankle--foot orthosis, and the second wear rear ankle--foot orthosis. We compared effect of the orthoses by measuring the walking time with walking stick, the walking time independently, the maximum walking time on 10 meters test, and Barthel index after 3 months of treatment. Results After three months treatment, the walking time with walking stick of the front group (13.8±8.3)was shorter than the rear group(15.3 ± 7.9) ; the independent walking time of the front group(27.4 ±14.9) was also shorter than the rear group(35.9 ± 18.0) ; the maximum walking speed in the 10 meter test of the front group (41. 5 ±12.8)m/min was faster than the rear group (35.7± 13. 3)m/min. But, there was no significant difference between two groups in Barthel index. Conclusions The front ankle--foot orthosis can accelerate the recovery of patients with stroke in their walking function.
