摘要
目的探讨癫痫患者颞叶质子磁共振波谱(^1H—MRS)变化与认知功能损伤程度之间的相互关系。方法选择癫痫患者48例,对照组28例,先用韦氏记忆量表(wMS)测评记忆功能,再对受试对象进行^1H—MRS扫描检查,最后对所测病例组和对照组数据进行组间比较,并对病例组^1H—MRS扫描所得的NAA和NAA/Cho+Cr值与认知功能测评数据进行相关性分析。结果以NAA作为自变量,韦氏记忆测评的MQ(记忆商)值因变量进行分析,结果为NAA与认知功能测评值之间呈正相关,其r值为0.567,t值为4.675;以NAA/Cho+Cr值作为自变量,韦氏记忆测评的MQ值为因变量进行分析,结果为NAA/Cho+Cr与认知功能测评值之间也呈正相关,其r值为0.558,t值为4.565,P值均〈0.05。结论癫痫患者颞叶NAA和NAA/Cho+Cr值与患者认知功能之间有显著的正相关关系。
Objective To investigate the relationship of proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (^1H--MRS) and cognitive function in temporal lobe epilepsy patients. Methods Forty--eight patients and 28 normal persons were recruited. All eases were studied by the following means: ^1H--MRS scan (temporal lobe) with Siemens Sonata 1. 5T MRI/MRS system,memory function assessment using Weehsler Memory Scale (WMS) , and the discrepancy and correlation of these values statistical analysis. Results Using NAA as independent variable,the value of WMS as dependent variable, the statistical analysis yielded positive correlation between cognitive function and NAA,with r = 0. 567, t = 4. 675; using NAA/Cho+Cr as independent variable and MQ as dependent variable, statistical analysis also showed positive correlation between cognitive function and NAA/Cho+Cr,with r = 0. 558, t = 4. 565, and P 〈 0.05. Conclusions Positive correlation exists between the cognitive function and temporal lobe ^1H--MRS in temporal lobe epilepsy patients.
