Reasons and therapy of acute craniocele in patients with severe craniocerebral injury

目的:分析颅脑损伤术中急性脑膨出的原因、处理及预后。方法:回顾性分析我院20例术中急性脑膨出病人的病因、处理、疗效。结果:急性弥漫性脑肿胀及迟发性脑内血肿是急性脑膨出的主要原因。迟发性脑内血肿可通过及时的手术获得良好疗效,急性弥漫性脑肿胀治疗预后不良。结论:迅速及时地查明急性脑膨出的原因,是改善部分病人疗效的关键。

Objective：To explore the reasons,therapy and prognosis of acute craniocele in patients with severe craniocerebral trauma.Methods：20 patients complicated with acute craniocele were included,the data of all were analyzed retrospectively.Results：Delayed intracranial hematoma and acute diffuse brain swelling were the main reasons of acute craniocele.Delayed intracranial hematoma had good prognosis by operation and the latter had unfavourable prognosis.Conclusions：Finding out the reason of acute craniocele was the key to decrease the mortality.
