胫骨平台骨折的手术治疗

Treatment of the Tibial Plateau Fractures

目的:总结胫骨平台骨折的手术治疗经验。方法:对38例病人的45例胫骨平台骨折采用Schatzker分类法进行分类,并分别使用解剖钢板、螺丝钉、空心钉等行切开复位内固定治疗,并对膝关节功能进行评定。结果:术后膝关节功能评定结果:膝关节功能完全或基本恢复正常者为优(16例),术后膝关节活动轻度受限、有轻度疼痛或不适,但不影响正常生活者为良(24例),术后膝关节活动受限及疼痛者为一般(4例),骨折畸形愈合、膝关节负重时疼痛明显者为差(1例),总优良率为89%。结论:手术是治疗胫骨平台骨折的有效方法,关节面解剖复位,稳定的固定,适当的植骨,对提高疗效有明显影响。

Objective：To sum up the experience of surgical treatment of the tibial plateau fractures.Methods：Thirty-eight patients with forty-five fractures which were classified by Schatzker classification and performed open reduction and internal fixation using various internal fixators such as anatomic plant,compressive screw and cannular screw.The function of knee joint was evaluated after operation.Results：The results of the functional evaluation were：superior in 16 cases,good in 24 cases,fair in 4 cases,poor in 1 case.The superior and good rate was 89%.Conclusion：Operation is efficient to treat the fracture of tibial plateau,anatomic reduction of the articular surface,stable fixation,proper bone graft can improve the outcome of treatment.
