摘要
目的:探讨应用Fowler-Stephens睾丸下降固定术治疗高位隐睾疗效。方法:采用Fowler-Stephens术治疗11例14侧高位隐睾患者,其中双侧隐睾3例,单侧8例。结果:随访12个月,术后睾丸位置满意,无萎缩。术后1、6、12个月各行复查彩色多普勒超声检查显示睾丸血供正常。结论:手术成功的关键是不要广泛解剖精索,精索血管的切断必须在输精管与精索血管分叉以上,避免损伤输精管血管。
Objective：To review Fowler-Stephens orchidopexy in the management of high undescended testes.Methods：11 patient with 14 lateral high undescended testes underwent Fowler-Stephens urchidopexy and was followed-up.Results：After 12 months follow-up,all testes were descended to scrotum satisfactorily with no one atrophy.Doppler ultrasound performed 1、6、12 month post-operatively and revealed normal testicular blood flow in both sides.Conclusions：The key to success in Fowler-Stephens orchidopexy lies in minimal dissection of spermatic cord and transection of testicular vessels well above the testes.
