125例儿童乙酰甲胆碱支气管激发试验的操作及护理

目的:探讨儿童进行乙酰甲胆碱支气管激发试验的操作与护理方法。方法:选派护理技术骨干经培训后上岗,专人操作护理,检查前做好各种应急准备,检查时因人施护,严密观察患儿生命体征及有无哮喘发作,监测基础呼吸抵抗值的变化,根据患儿反应采取相应护理措施。结果:124例患儿完成了激发试验,在激发试验过程中,出现面色青紫2例、呼吸频率>40次/分的8例、心率>120次/分的5例,予吸入沙丁胺醇后迅速缓解。结论:专人经培训后按上述方法操作护理,能确保儿童应用乙酰甲胆碱行支气管激发试验安全,检查结果符合实际。

Objective：To investigate methods of operation and care in children methacholine bronchial provocation test.Methods：Send care technicians after training posts,nursing hand operation.Do a variety of emergency preparedness before the test,for people to nursing in testing.Close observation of vital signs and the presence of children,and whether asthma attack.Monitoring changes of respiratory resistance based.Take care measures according to reaction in children.Results：124 cases completed the Bronchial provocation test in children.In the provocation test process,2 cases appeared pale purple,8 cases respiratory rate 40 beats/min,5 cases heart rate 120 beats/min,rapid relief after inhalation of salbutamol.Conclusion：Someone after training care as above,ensure child safety with methacholine bronchial provocation test.Results are consistent with the actual.
