Perioperative Nursing Experience of Anterior Approach for Cervicle Spine Injury

目的:探讨下颈椎损伤前路手术围手术期护理经验。方法:对32例该类病人围手术期进行精心心理疏导、并发症防治和功能康复指导。结果:32例中术后早期出现2例吞咽困难、3例呼吸障碍,并及时得到有效处理;本组未出现严重肺、泌尿系感染和褥疮等并发症。结论:加强该类病人围手术期护理,可有效预防并发症,提高手术效果。

objective：to explore the perioperative nursing experience of anterior approach for upper cervicle spine injury.Methods：32 patients in perioperative period were given careful psychological counseling,complications prevention and functional rehabilitation guidance.Results：Among the 32 patients,2 were found with swallowing problems,3 with breathing disorder but with effective treating.None of the group had complications in lungs,urine system and decubitus.Conclusion：Strengthening perioperative nursing can prevent complications and imrpove surgery effects significantly.
