目的:运动医学是研究运动及缺乏运动对机体生理、病理影响的综合性学科,是一门新兴的学科。从学科的目标与任务界定,运动医学通常可分为基础与临床两个方面。本文就运动医学应用基础性研究现状,新技术应用对运动医学研究的推动以及杰出运动能力相关基因与运动员科学选材等方面,综述运动医学基础研究领域的现状与进展。

Sports Medicine is the research on body movement and lack of exercise physiology and pathology of the Impacts of Science,is a new medical discipline.Goals and tasks from the disciplines defined,sports medicine is usually divided into basic and clinical aspects.This article will discuss the basic application of sports medicine research status,new technology application in sports medicine research,gene-related outstanding athletic ability cultivating and selection of athletes,and review the status and progress of sports medicine research.
