摘要
分析高等学校医院药剂科的工作特征和药学服务要求,提出高校医院药师开展药学服务工作应具备的素质:一是要有丰富的医药专业知识,二是要有崇高的职业道德,三是要有强烈的服务意识,四是要有良好的个人修养,五是要有过硬的心理素质。
Analyze the characteristics of pharmaceutical care and the job in university hospital;propose the qualities required by pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care.Rich knowledge on medicine was in the first place.Professional ethics and service awareness were also very important.A good personal accomplishment and a strong psychological diathesis were required all the same.
