摘要
目的掌握某ABS树脂项目职业病危害状况,从源头控制和消除职业病危害,为采取科学合理的职业病危害防护措施提供依据。方法采用对项目工程分析、现场调查和检测检验方法,分析职业病危害因素种类、分布及浓度(强度),确定职业病危害关键控制点。结果 ABS生产过程复杂,存在丙烯腈、丁二烯、苯乙烯、乙苯、二甲基甲酰胺和氨等多种化学性职业病危害因素,以及噪声和高温热辐射等物理性危害因素,可致职业性中毒、职业性中暑和职业性噪声听力损伤等多种职业病。结论该项目大部分岗位接触混合毒物,多个岗位地点职业病危害因素浓度(强度)超标。应进一步采取职业病危害防护措施,加强职业卫生管理,应特别注意防范混合毒物的职业危害。
Objective To understand the situation of occupational hazards in ABS resin project,control and eliminate occupational hazards from the origin,provide evidences for taking preventive measures on occupational hazards.Methods The methods of engineering analysis,field investigation and detection were adopted to analyze the classification,distribution,concentrations or intensities of occupational hazards,and confirm control points of occupational hazards.Results ABS resin production process was complex.Chemical occupational hazards included acrylonitrile,butadiene,styrene,ethylbenzene,dimethyl formamide and ammonia,noise,heat and other physical hazardous elements as well,which might cause occupational poisoning,occupational heat stroke and occupational hearing loss.Conclusion Most posts of the project contact mixed poisons.In many investigation spots,concentrations or intensities of the hazards have exceeded the standards.Protection measures on occupational hazards should be further strengthened,and occupational health management needs to be enhanced.Measures against occupational mixed poisons should be stressed.
