某新建办公大楼集中空调通风系统卫生状况分析

摘要 目的分析某新建办公大楼集中空调通风系统的卫生状况,针对其存在的卫生学问题提出预防措施。方法按《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》(2006)抽取33套系统、69个风口。监测项目包括:可吸入颗粒物(PM10)、细菌总数、真菌总数、β-溶血性链球菌、积尘量、风管内表面细菌总数、风管内表面真菌总数、嗜肺军团菌。采用Ep iData进行数据录入,SPSS12.0进行统计学分析。结果该办公大楼集中空调送风系统PM10超标率为5.8%,细菌总数超标率为8.7%,真菌总数超标率为36.2%;风管内表面细菌总数超标率为4.3%,冷却塔水中军团菌检出率为0%。结论该办公大楼集中空调通风系统送风系统和风管内表面均存在卫生学风险。应加强该大楼集中空调通风系统的清洗消毒工作,有效预防由此带来的空气传播性疾病和健康问题。 Objective To survey the status of centralized air-condition system of a new office building and find out scientific measures to protect the staff health.Methods The 33 systems and 69 air openings were chosen to detect microbe indexes based on Hygiene Standard for Centralized Air-Condition Ventilation Systems of Public Places.The detected data were inputted by EpiData and analyzed by SPSS 12.0.Results The exceeded rates of the inhalable particulate matter,total count of aerobic bacteria and fungi were 5.8%,8.7% and 36.2%,respectively.The exceeded rate of the bacteria on the surface of centralized air-condition systems was 4.3%.Legionella pneumophila wasn't found in cooling tower water.Conclusion Some risks are existed in the centralized air-condition systems of the new building.Some measures should be taken to prevent the staff health problem.
