摘要
目的了解2007-2009年吉林省风疹流行病学特征。方法对《国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统》监测的2007-2009年吉林省风疹发病情况进行流行病学分析。结果 2008年吉林省发生风疹大流行,共报告风疹病例10 008例,发病率36.66/10万。风疹发病有明显的季节性特征,发病高峰主要集中在3-6月份。风疹病例主要集中在学生及青少年,以10~20岁年龄组为主要发病年龄;男性发病率高于女性;高发地区在延边州。结论风疹的发生存在明显季节、地区、性别、年龄差异,必须加强青少年学生发病防范。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of rubella in Jilin 2007-2009.Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the incidence data of rubella in 2007-2009 obtained from national disease reporting information system.Results The disease distributed widely with cases reporting in 9 cities.A rubella epidemic happened in 2008 with 10 008 reported cases.The incidence rate of reported rubella cases was 36.66/ 100 000.This was a distinct characteristic of seasonal difference,with peak in March through June each year.Rubella cases mostly affected students aged 10-20 years old.The incidence rate in males was higher than in females.Conclusion The incidence of rubella has significant difference in season,region,sex and age.It is necessary to strengthen prevention and control of the disease in adolescent.
