摘要
山东省地勘局五院的塘瓷厂，在面临困境的情况下，进行了股份合作制的改制，通过改制筹措了资金，进行技术改造，一举改变了面貌。
Under the circumstance of facing predicament ,the poter of No,5 Prospecting Institute made the reform of share cooperative system.Though the reform, it raised funds , improve technology ,changed physiognomy and turned from deficits to profits.
