Nowadays, the contradiction that IT organizations and computer science graduates are both difficult to meet each other＇s requirements is still an outstanding issue. The essential cause of this problem is that the standards of the cultivation and employment requirements are not consistent. Therefore, the computer science graduates hardly meet the requirements of the employment market. This paper analyses the graduates＇ employment factors in deep details. It points out the cultivation method combining four factors： professional quality, knowledge, capability and characteristics which can improves the graduates＇ core competition.
