摘要
针对IT行业用人需求与计算机专业人才培养标准不统一的矛盾,就影响毕业生就业的几个因素作详细分析,提出素质、知识、能力、特色四位一体的人才培养思路,提升毕业生的就业核心竞争力。
Nowadays, the contradiction that IT organizations and computer science graduates are both difficult to meet each other's requirements is still an outstanding issue. The essential cause of this problem is that the standards of the cultivation and employment requirements are not consistent. Therefore, the computer science graduates hardly meet the requirements of the employment market. This paper analyses the graduates' employment factors in deep details. It points out the cultivation method combining four factors: professional quality, knowledge, capability and characteristics which can improves the graduates' core competition.
