心肌肌钙蛋白I与AMI诊断及其检测方法研究综述

心肌肌钙蛋白(IcTnI)是一种仅存在于心肌细胞中,骨骼肌内含量是极低的蛋白。当心肌损伤发生时,cTnI能够快速释放进入血液,4-6h即可检测出浓度的上升,12-24h浓度达到峰值,并可以以较高浓度的形式在血液内维持6-8天,故诊断窗口期较长。用于急性心肌梗死(AMI)的诊断时,其特异性和灵敏度均高于其它血清标记物,已经替代了CK-MB成为诊断AMI的"金标准",具有重要的临床研究价值。本文就cTnI蛋白在急性心肌梗死诊断中的应用及其临床检测方法作以简要综述。

Cardiac troponin I is unique to cardiac muscle and is not found in skeletal muscle. Following an acute myocardial injury, cTnI release into the blood, and rises within 4 to 6 hours, and peaks at 12 to24 hours. It remains elevated for about 6-8 days, and provides a wide diagnostic window. The specificity and sensitivity of this maker is higher than that of other commonly used analytes for AMI such as CK-MB and myoglobin. It replaces the CK-MB and becomes the gold standard for diagnositic of AMI , and have important clinical research value. This review makes a general description of cardiac troponin I on the diagnositic of AMI and advances on its detective method.
