摘要
为了实现安全仪表系统"故障安全型"设计理念,阐述了阀门气动执行机构配置仪表空气储罐并合理设计其气路系统的设计原则。给出仪表空气储罐的体积计算方法、注意事项和应用举例,对气路系统设计给出实用气路图和工作原理。
To realize the design idea about the "fail to safe" in the safety instrument system,the design principle is described for the instrument air tank and pneumatic supply system configured in the pneumatic actuator. It is given for the volume calculation methods and for example of the tank. It is also included for the practical drawings and principle of the pneumatic supply system.
