Promoting Regional Development by Independent Innovation as the Key

自主创新是企业发展的动力源泉和制胜法宝，是推动经济社会又好又快发展的重要前提。本文通过对地域经济发展中科技现状及影响创新能力提升因素的分析，提出了增强自主创新能力推动科技发展采取的应对措施，具有一定的借鉴经验。

Innovation is the driving force source and winning magic weapon for the enterprise development, also it is an important prerequisite for the better and faster economic society development. This paper analyzes the technology status and factors affecting innovation ability improvement in the regional economic development, and then proposes some measures with reference to enhance the independent innovation ability and to promote the science and technology development.
