某能源中心空调用冷却塔性能的模拟分析

摘要 根据某汽车厂区能源中心空调用冷却塔情况,分析了机械逆流式冷却塔填料层内冷却水与湿空气的热湿交换过程;建立了冷却塔的效率传热单元数模型,比较模拟数据与实测数据,验证了模型的准确性。模拟冷却塔在设计日逐时状态下的各项参数,分析了冷却塔运行的特点,可以为冷却塔的经济运行提供指导。 This paper analyzes the mechanism of heat and mass transfer process between cooling water and wet air for the mechanical counter-flow cooling tower within the fill. Establish the effectiveness-Ntu model for cooling tower, and compare simulation data and measured data to verify the accuracy of the model. Simulate various parameters of the cooling tower in the design day by hourly conditions, and analyze operational characteristics of the cooling tower, so it could provide guidance for cooling tower operation.
