摘要
招标管理是航空型号产品研制过程中的重要管理活动。它们对产品研制的成败起着至关重要的作用。国外,尤其在发达国家已有很多经验、教训可资借鉴,并有较为完善的各种法规加以规范。但在我国尚在起步阶段,因此从不同的方面研究、分析和学习它们的管理经验是必要和有益的。
The bidding management is an important management activity in the process of aeronautic products development. It plays a great role to the success of products development. A lot of successful and failed experience in this area from other countries, especially from developed countries can be referred. In our country the bidding management is just in the phase of beginning. Therefore, it is very helpful and useful to analyze, learn and absorb their experience.
