摘要 描述了小滚转力矩测量技术的发展,重点介绍了一种专用于小滚转力矩测量的新型内式六分量应变天平。基于一种“双交叉挠曲弹性枢轴”结构及电子束焊接新工艺,该天平的滚转力矩单元不仅灵敏度高,抗干扰性能好,且纵向承载能力也很强,因此能够满足各种外形的小滚转力矩高精度测量要求。文章包括初样天平的天平描述、静校结果分析及在风洞试验中的性能等。 In this paper the development of small rolling moment measurement technique is described and introduction is made focusing on a kind of 6 component intemal strain gauge balance which is specially used for small rolling moment measurement.Based on the crossedflexure pivot concept and electron beam welding technique,the rolling moment component of the balance is not only high in sensitivity,good in anti interaction property,but also strong in longitudinal loading borne ability,so it can answer for the requirement of high precision measurement of small rolling moment on configurations of different kinds.Described is the design process,calibration results and performance during tunnel testing of the first prototype balance.
