摘要
近二十多年来,我国高等教育学专业硕士研究生教育发展迅速,但当前的培养模式存在着人才培养目标单一,课程刚性过强,规模数量过大,科研训练空洞和质量评价形式化有等问题;这些问题是制约高等教育学专业硕士研究生培养质量的重要原因。而控制数量、保证质量、调整培养模式应该成为今后一段时期我国高等教育学研究生教育政策的基本取向。
Over the past 20 years, China＇s Master＇s graduate education developed rapidly, but the existence of the current training model of personnel training objectives is toomarrow, curriculum rigidity is too strong, the size of the number is too excessive, research and quality evaluation of formal training are empty and so on; these issues are constraints of Higher Master＇s Education important reason for the quality of postgraduate training. And the control of quantity, quality assurance, adjustment of training model should be the basic orientation of graduate education for a long time in the future of China＇s higher education policy.
