基于气胀轴原理的机械胀轴结构改进

摘要 针对分切机收卷机构中所用胀轴存在的缺陷,比如:机械胀轴同轴度、圆柱度较差;气胀轴胀紧力小、容易打滑、胀紧过程中键倾斜等。借助气胀轴原理,对机械胀轴结构进行优化改进,可以解决上述存在问题。 This paper aims at proposing improvement and solving the existing problems to the defect of expanding shaft using in slitting machine's winding mechanism. Such as the coaxial degree and the cylindricity of machinery shaft is poor; the distensible force of air- automatic shaft is small and easy to slip. Meanwhile, during the expanding process the key is easy to incline and so on. With the aid of the principle of air- automatic, we can optimize and improve the structure of mechanical expanding shaft , which could solve the aforementioned problems.
