留守学生班级管理经验探索

The Exploration on the Management of the Students Staying at Home Alone

留守学生的教育和管理,是近几年农村学校班主任教育管理的棘手问题之一,笔者深入分析造成留守学生社会原因以及负面影响,结合数年的班主任管理经历,对留守学生的班级管理进行积极有效的探索。

The management and education of the students staying at home without parents is one of the very complicated problems. Its social reason and negative effects have been analyzed in this paper, and some effective management to the classes of this kind of students has been explored combining with the teacher＇ s years of management.
