摘要
从都江堰光亚学校的教师范美忠在地震发生那一刻的表现中分析了教师职业道德的内涵及当前高校部分教师职业道德方面存在的主要问题，同时提出改进高校教师职业道德的主要措施。
Through analyzing the connotation of the teacher＇ s occupational morals from a teacher＇ s performance in the earthquake, whose name is Fan Meizhong served in Dujiang Weirs Light Asia school. It is found that the occupational ethics questions exist in many teachers in the universities, simultaneously propose the key measure to improve university teacher＇s occupational ethics.
