副猪嗜血杆菌分型血清的制备及其在流行病学研究上的应用 被引量:7

摘要 用副猪嗜血杆菌1~15血清型参考菌株和2株澳大利亚分离株高免健康家兔制备副猪嗜血杆菌分型血清,建立副猪嗜血杆菌KRG血清学分型方法(基于热稳定抗原免疫扩散试验的血清学分型方法),并用该方法对田间分离的62株副猪嗜血杆菌进行血清型鉴定。结果顺利制备出了副猪嗜血杆菌15个血清型菌株的分型血清,建立了副猪嗜血杆菌KRG分型方法,62株副猪嗜血杆菌分离株中血清5型占22.5%、4型占16.1%、12型占14.5%、不能分型的菌株占16.2%。试验建立的副猪嗜血杆菌KRG分型方法,可为中国副猪嗜血杆菌血清学分型提供技术支持;血清型5、4、12为中国部分地区近2年最流行的血清型,为副猪嗜血杆菌病的防制提供了有效的参考依据。 To establish the serotyping method of Kielstein-Rapp-Gabrielson(KRG) for Haemophilus parasuis(HPS),antisera was produced in rabbits and validated by cross-testing with 15 reference strains and 2 Australian field isolates of HPS.The validated antisera was used to determine the serovar of 62 isolates from China in 2006-2008.The results showed that antisera was produced for 13 of the 15 KRG serovars of HPS and 2 Australian field isolates.The 62 field isolates were shown to belong to serovars 5(22.5%),4(16.1%),12(14.5%) and non-typable strains(16.2%).The KRG method established in this study can provide a technical support for serotyping Haemophilus parasuis(HPS).This experiment also indicated HPS serovars 5,4 and 12 were the predominant serovars in source areas of the isolates.
