摘要
为研究不同套袋材料对翠冠梨贮藏果实生理及主要品质指标的影响,选用防水胶+腊质双层袋(T1)、普通双层袋(T2)和蜡质双层袋(T3)3种果袋进行套袋试验。结果表明,套T1和T2果袋果实呼吸高峰比套T3果袋处理分别延迟了5 d和10 d,而果实乙烯释放速率峰值出现时间均比套T3果袋处理延迟了5 d;在整个贮藏过程中,套袋果实中总糖和总酸含量都呈现低-高-低的相同变化趋势;套T2果袋果实失重率一直比套T1和T3果袋高,果实硬度下降速度套T2果袋处理>套T3果袋处理>套T1果袋处理;而贮藏15 d时果实好果率,套T1、T2和T3果袋处理分别为93.0%、62.0%和6.9%。说明套T1果袋能减缓果实在贮藏过程中硬度和失重率的下降,明显地延迟果实呼吸高峰和乙烯释放速率峰值的出现时间,从而延缓果实的衰老。
The effects of waterproof glue + stencil double-layer bag(T1),general double-layer bag(T2) and stencil double-layer bag(T3) on the physiology and quality of pears(Pyrus pyrifolia Cuiguan) was investigated.There were significant differences in the physiology and quality among the three treatments.Compared with T3,the respiration peak and ethylene release rate peak appeared 5-10 d and 5 d later respectively with T1 and T2 treatments.In the whole storage period,the content of total sugar and total acid showed the similar "low-high-low" trend,but the fruit weight loss rate in T2 treatment was kept higher than those in T1 and T3 treatments,and the speed of fruit hardness decrease showed:T2T3T1.After 15 d storage,good fruit rates in T1,T2 and T3 were 93.0%,62.0% and 6.9%,respectively.The results indicated that T1 bag effectively prevented the senescence of fruits by delaying the fruit hardness decrease speed,weight loss rate,the appearance of respiration peak,and ethylene release.
