摘要
在黑莓果实发育不同时期,分别测定了果重等5个指标,运用多项式回归和导数方法,建立了果重、果径、总糖、总酸和维生素C的累积量、累积速度和累积加速度的动态变化模型,依据动态变化模型分析了黑莓果实的生长发育规律。结果表明:果重、果径及总糖、总酸和维生素C主要在果实发育后期积累形成,累积量曲线表现为不完整的单"S"形;果重、总糖和维生素C的累积速度模型表现为完整的单"S"形曲线,总酸累积速度模型为"卧式"的双"S"形曲线,平均果径累积速度模型为开口向上且基本对称的抛物线;果重、总糖和维生素C的累积加速度模型为开口向上不对称的抛物线,总酸累积加速度模型为"卧式"的单"S"形曲线,平均果径累积加速度的变化曲线为直线。
In order to study the relations between material accumulations and developing stages of blackberry fruit,the dynamic change models of the accumulations,accumulative rate and accumulative acceleration of the weight,average diameter,total sugar,total acid and vitamin C of fruit during development were established by polynomial regression and derivation calculus methods.Based on the models,the quality development law of blackberry fruit was analyzed.The results showed that the fruit weight,fruit average diameter,total sugar,total acids and vitamin C were accumulated in late developing period,showing an incomplete single S-shaped curves.For the models of accumulative rates,fruit weight,total sugar and vitamin C were complete single S-shaped curves,total acid showed a horizontal double S-shaped curve,and average diameter displayed an upward and basic symmetrical parabola.For the models of accumulative accelerations,fruit weight,total sugar and vitamin C showed upward and asymmetrical parabolas,total acid exhibited a horizontal single S-shaped curve,and the average diameter showed a straight line.
