摘要 为弥补监测导联心电图不能对应反映18导联心电图变化的缺陷,选择确定18个监测导联的电极放置位置,并对91例心电监测患者的18导联心电图与对应的监测导联心电网进行自身对比分析.结果显示:监测导联心电图形与对应的18导联心电图形符合卒为80%~100%.认为本文确定的18个监测导联的电极位置可客观反映18导联心电图的ST-T动态变化及QRS波群改变,可以推广. In order to remedy defect which monitoring leads electrocard-zogram can't reflect corresponding routine 18 - lead electrocardiogram, determine 18 monitoring leads electrodes position, contrast and assay routine 18-lead electrocardiogram with monitoring leads electrocardiogram of 91 patients. Result showed that waves of monitoring leads are consistent with routine 18-lead electrocardiogram. Correspondence rate is 80%~100% .Positions of 18 monitoring leads electrodes can reflect objective change of ST-T and QRS waves of routine 18-lead electrocardiogram.This method may be used widely.
