神经肌肉电刺激对急性偏瘫患者上肢运动和功能恢复的影响 被引量：2

摘要 46例住院中风患者随机分为神经肌肉刺激组织和对照组,治疗组接受表面神经肌肉刺激,对照组瘫痪前臂接受无效刺激,以Fugl-Meyer运动评价法中的上肢项目和功能独立性测量(FIM)中的自理项目,于治疗前后和治疗后第4和12周对治疗结果以双盲法评价。结果:治疗后、治疗后第4和12周,治疗组Fuyl-Meyer分数显著增加,但功能独立性测量在任何时间组无差异。
