摘要 针对海上疏松砂岩稠油油藏的储层特点以及普通盐水完井液与稠油存在不配伍问题,优选出表面活性剂HUL加入到普通盐水完井液中,不仅能改善完井液与稠油的配伍性,降低稠油流动阻力,而且能同时降低油-液界面张力。活性盐水完井液性能评价结果表明,该完井液与储层岩石、地层水和稠油均具有较好的配伍性,并具有很好的储层保护效果,可适用于海上疏松砂岩稠油油藏完井作业。 Surfactant HUL was optimized in allusion to the characteristics of the unconsolidated sandstone heavy oil reservoirs as well as the incompatibility between the common brine completion fluid and heavy oil in offshore oilfields.The surfactant HUL added to brine completion fluid could not only improve the compatibility between the completion fluids and the heavy oil,decrease the flow resistance,but also reduce the oil-fluid interfacial tension.The performance evaluation of the active brine completion fluid shows that the completion fluid has an excellent compatibility with the reservoir rocks,formation water and heavy oil and good reservoir protective property.Therefore,it can be applied in well completion unconsolidated sandstone heavy oil reservoirs in offshore oilfields.
