摘要
以全氟烷基酸与二乙醇胺为原料,进行酰化反应合成了N,N-二羟乙基全氟烷基酰胺(FCDA),考察了反应物投料比、反应时间、催化剂加量、反应温度的影响。结果表明,最佳合成条件为:全氟烷基酸与二乙醇胺的摩尔比为1:1.2,最佳反应温度为150℃,催化剂质量分数为0.5%,总反应时间达到8h,反应就基本趋于完成。在此工艺条件下,产品为黄色粘稠膏状物,产率高达88.9%。并用红外光谱方法进行了定性分析。
N,N-2-hydroxyethyl perfluoroalkyl amide(FCDA)were synthesized from perfluoroalkyl acids and diethanolamine by acylation,the influence of reaction conditions,such as reactant proportion,reaction time,catalyst dosage and reaction temperature were investigated.The results show that the best reaction conditions include that perfluoroalkyl acids and alcohol amines mass ratio is 1:1.2,the reaction temperature is 150℃,catalyst mass number is 0.5%,the total reaction time is 8hours,the reaction tends to be completed.Under the condition,the product is yellow viscous pastes,the yield of product is 88.9%.The product is qualitatively analyzed by IR methods.
