摘要
针对营斜451断块直井配套先期防砂工艺开采,采油速度和采收率不理想的矛盾,应用水平井顶部注水泥筛管防砂完井技术提高该块的采油速度和采收率。介绍了精密微孔滤砂管以及固井工具的筛选和优化,与采用该技术前相比:采油速度提高3.74%,采出程度提高8.9%,取得了较好的使用效果。
Based on recovery factor and the recovery percent of reserves,Fault Block Yingxie 451 was not very perfect with common well pre-completion of gravel packing sand control.It was used for the top cementing and the screen completion technology for sand control to enhance the recovery rate and the recovery percent.It was recommended the precise micro-channel filter screen could be used for cementing tool selection and optimization is compared,the recovery factor is improved for 3.74 percent,the recovery efficiency increases 8.9 percent.
