摘要
针对国内公司在海外油气资源争夺中存在的无序及恶性竞争现象,构建油气跨国经营并行工程协调模型。模型采用并行工程过程协调常用的基于约束满足问题的方案,协调流程包含信息采集、关联模型、过程模型、知识模型和冲突化解模型。各子模型的功能搭配分别实现静态和动态协调,分别解决流程中的常规冲突和潜在冲突。
Based on the frame of multi-level system integration of transnational operation strategies for Chinese overseas oil and gas,and according to the characteristics of disordered and malignant competition between the domestic companies competing for overseas oil and gas resources,a coordination mechanism model of concurrent engineering was established for oil and gas transnational operation.This model adopted the schemes based on constraint satisfaction problems during the coordination process of concurrent engineering.The coordination process consists of information collection,correlation model,process model,knowledge model and conflict defusing model.The function collocation of every sub-model realizes static and dynamic coordination,which solves normal and potential conflicts respectively.
