摘要 利用大鼠坐骨神经钳夹损伤模型, 观察碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (basic fibroblast growthfactor, b F G F) 对大鼠坐骨神经损伤后腓肠肌功能恢复的作用。分别对治疗组和对照组进行2 , 3 , 4 周观察, 结果显示: 治疗组受损神经所支配之骨骼肌诱发电位及骨骼肌收缩力的恢复率较对照组明显加快, 差异有显著性意义, 表明b F G F 能促进大鼠坐骨神经损伤后骨骼肌功能恢复。 The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on the muscle functional recovery after the peripheral nerve injury Animals of treated and controlled groups were observed after injury of two, three and four weeks The results showed that the rate of recovery of the muscle evoked action potential of gastrocnemius and the muscle contraction of the gastrocnemius were large than that of the controlled groups The results indicated that bFGF prompted the functional recovery of the muscle in the rat after the peripheral nerve injury  POLYCYTHEMIA PATIENTS$$$$ Zou Chunhua Zheng Huajin Wang Xiaohui Li Suzhi Xue Zengjun Mu Xinbing Song Qianghua (General Hospital of Chendu Military Command, Chendu, 610083) ABSTRACT Objective:To explore the relationship between erythrocyte deformation injury and erythrocyte membrane lipids in high altitude polycythemia patients.Methods:Erythrocyte deformability and erythrocyte membrane lipids were measured in 23 healthy subjects and 26 cases of high altitude polycythemia (HAPC) patients. Results:It showed that erythrocyte filtration rate of the patient was higher than that in control. The cholesterol and MDA in erythrocyte membrane of HAPC were increased significantly. The cholesterol/phospholipid ratio was also increased.The phospholipid in erythrocyte membrane of HAPC was decreased. The correlation between the erythrocyte deformability and the changes of erythrocyte lipids was significant. Conclusion: There were changes of lipids in erythrocyte membrane of HAPC. There was a correlatron between erythrocyte deformation injury and erythocyte membrane lipids in HPAC.
