Study on EGP and ESP Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges

近年来关于EGP（一般用途英语）与ESP（特殊用途英语）的研究是英语教学研究的热点问题，由于高职的职业特性，在高职开展ESP课程的教学尤其重要。但是，由于各种各样的原因，在高职开设ESP教学受到多种条件的制约。本文就高职开设ESP课程的相关问题作一番探讨。

EGP and ESP teaching has been a hot topic in college English teaching and research in recent years. Owing to its vocational character, the higher yocational colleges should develop ESP lessons so that the students can learn more English related to their majors, however, there are lots of difficulties in ESP teaching in higher vocational colleges. In this paper, we will discuss something about develop ESP teaching in the higher vocational colleges.
