摘要
2008年正值全球金融危机,旅游业成为中央扩大内需政策的主要行业之一。同时,中国房地产业也需要新的投资领域。本文通过分析重庆南滨路房地产和旅游业的现状,结合得出的数据说明二者的开发可以实现完美的互动。
The global financial crisis was coming in 2008; tourism became one of the main policies of expanding domestic demand. At the same time, real estate industry in China needs a new area of investment. By analyzing the current situation of the real estate and tourism on Nanbin Road, this paper proves that the perfect interactive development between real estate and tourism can be accomplished.
