摘要
结合混合离散变量优化设计理论,归纳出用于轮式起重机箱形伸缩吊臂优化的数学模型,并应用该模型与相关程序对Q2-16型汽车起重机的3节吊臂进行优化计算。研究表明,该算法计算快捷、可靠,且优化结果不必圆整即为可行的设计方案,避免了按连续变量优化后圆整导致的非真正最优解或不可行解的情况。
Combining the mixed discrete variable method-based optimization design theory,the mathematical model for the optimization of the wheel crane box telescopic boom is induced in the paper,and the model and the relevant programme are utilized to perform computational optimization for the Q2-16 wheel crane.The study indicates that this algorithm is faster and reliable,and the optimization result can become the feasible design scheme without rounding off,to avoid the false optimum solution or the unfeasible solution due to the rounding off after optimized by continuous variables.
