摘要 设计了动态监测系统,实时采集、处理带式输送机输送带的跑偏信号,发出指令实施纠偏或报警停机。带式输送机纠偏装置(BCCD)收到纠偏指令后,通过调节带式输送机尾部滚筒的轴线实现纠偏。纠偏液压伺服系统精度的高低、频率特性的好坏,将直接关系到纠偏系统的精度。本文设计带式输送机纠偏装置液压伺服系统数学模型,对系统稳定性和设计方案进行仿真研究,为系统设计提供了理论依据。 The dynamic monitoring system is designed to collect and deal with the conveyor belt off-tracking signal of the belt conveyor in real time,and send out command to correct the off-tracking or alarm to shut-down.When the belt conveyor correcting device ( BCCD) receives the correcting signal,it will correct the off-tracking through adjusting the axial line of the roller at the tail part of the belt conveyor.The accuracy of the correcting hydraulic servo system and the frequency feature will directly relates to the accuracy of the correcting system.The paper designs the mathematical model of the hydraulic servo system of the belt conveyor correcting device,and simulation study is performed for the system stability and design scheme,to provide theoretical basis for the system design.
