摘要
比较了各种碳化硼陶瓷烧结方法的原理、工艺及优缺点,明确了高硬度液相烧结碳化硼陶瓷材料具有高硬度(HV≈2 800)、价格低(由于采用液相烧结温度约为1 800℃,比无压烧结低400~500℃)、性能优异(抗弯强度可达800~900 MPa,特别是它的断裂韧性可达8 MN/m3/2)等特点,指出了高硬度液相烧结碳化硼陶瓷材料是一种极具竞争力的材料.由于它的抗弯强度和断裂韧性高,因而可替代某些工具钢用于承受一定冲击载荷的抗磨件,从而扩大了陶瓷材料的应用领域.提出了高硬度陶瓷材料的耐磨性能的研究是目前亟待解决的问题.
The various sintering theory,technology,advantages and disadvantages of boron carbide ceramics sintering methods are focused on summarization and comparison.It is made clear that liquid sintering boron carbide ceramics material had high hardness(HV≈2 800),low prices(liquid sintering temperature is 1 800 ℃,and 400~500 ℃ lower than presureless sintering),excellent performance(flexural strength is 800~900 MPa,especially fracture toughness is 8 MN/m^3/2)ect,and pointed out that high hardness liquid sintering boron carbide ceramics material had highly competitive.It could replace some tool steels which are used as wear-resistant machine element under impact load because of its high flexural strength and fracture toughness,thus extend ceramics material application in another field.
