辽宁沿海产业带锦州湾临港产业集群构建研究

Construction Research on Port Industry Cluster ofJ inzhou Bay in Liaoning Coastal Industrial Belt

辽宁沿海经济带开发建设已上升为国家战略,其中锦州湾发展临港产业具备良好的区位优势、资源优势和产业优势。锦州湾临港产业集群包括以锦州港、葫芦岛港为中心的港口群及周边物流业、工业园区和为港口经济服务的现代服务业体系,锦州湾的临港产业集群得到了辽宁沿海经济带的政策支持并已粗具规模,但仍存在着发展不完善的地方。通过制定行之有效的政策体系,为锦州湾临港产业的发展创造有利环境,通过建设资源节约型工业体系,发展循环经济,规划产业布局,拓展产业链条,加大招商引资,发展锦州湾临港产业集群,提升辽宁沿海产业带竞争力。

The coastal economy development in Liaoning has risen to national strategy,including the development of Jinzhou bay port industries with good regional advantages,resources and industrial advantages.Jinzhou bay port cluster includes Jinzhou Port,Huludao Port centered around the harbor group,the surrounding logistics,industrial parks and the modern service industry system for the port economic.Jinzhou bay port industrial cluster has obtained the policy support of Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone and has already begun to take shape,but there are still developing drawbacks.The establishing effective policies system has created favorable environment for the development of Jinzhou bay port industry.Through construction resource-saving industrial system,the city advances circular economy,plans industrial layout and expands industrial chain,increases investment,grows Jinzhou bay port industry clusters,and promotes the competitiveness of industrial belt along the coast of Liaoning.
