荞麦与血糖关系的流行病学研究 被引量:23

摘要 对荞麦产区和非荞麦产区961名居民清晨空腹静脉采血资料的分析得出,食用荞麦人群的血糖水平(X=3.90±1.12)低于非食用荞麦人群的血糖水平(X=4.59±1.11),两人群的血糖异常率具有明显的差异(分别为1.9%、7.3%)。提示荞麦的食用可影响人体的血糖水平。 In order to study the relationship betweenn the takein of buckwheat and the level of blood glucose,a resarch was conducted on the people of buckwheat growing area and non buckwheat growing area.The results showed that the blood glucose level of buckwheat eating people(=3 90±1 12)was significantly lower than the level of non buckwheat eating people(=4 59±1 11).There is a great difference in the rate of abnormal blood glucose of two groups(1 9% and 7 3%).Our stduy indicated that buckwheat eating affected the blood glucose level of people and the use of buckwheat has wide field and light future as a kind of food of health care and in the cure of diabetes.
