摘要
研究基因重组霍乱菌苗候选株在兔肠段模型中的兔疫原性,为霍乱病的防治提供候选菌苗株。将PL106和PL107分别免疫家兔,测定凝集抗体、抗CT-IgG及杀弧菌抗体滴度,并进行主动保护试验。结果表明两者均能刺激机体产生抗菌与抗毒免疫,PL106的血清抗体滴度比同时期的PL107高;
To study the immunogenicity of the recombinant Vibrio cholerae vaccine candidates in rabbit ligated ileal loop system,which would provides immunological basis for successful development of effective and safe Vibrio cholerae vaccine,Rabbits were immuned by PL106 or PL107 and tested agglutination,anti CT IgG,vibriocidal immune responses and active protection.PL106 and PL107 elicited significant antitoxic and vibriocidal immune responses to vaccination,and had an identical immune responses curve,but special antibody levels of PL106 were higher than PL107 in the same time.PL 106 could protect no less than 5μg CT which was higher than PL107(2μg)
