铬作业工人尿NAG活性的研究

Study on Urinary NAG in Workers Exposed to Chromium

对５１名男性和２６名女性铬作业工人尿ＮＡＧ活性进行了研究。在铬作业工人中，当受检者尿蛋白和尿β２－ＭＧ均处于正常范围内时，尿ＮＡＧ活性已开始显著高于对照组。随着肾损害程度的加重，尿ＮＡＧ活性亦呈显著性升高，并与尿蛋白及尿β２－ＭＧ呈显著性相关。结果提示。

The activity of urinary NAG in 51 male and 26 female workers exposed to chromium were studied.Workers exposed to chromium showed that,although the urinary protein and urinary β 2 MG were still within normal range,the activity of nuinary NAG was significantly higher than that in the control.With the aggravation of the kidney injury,the activity of NAG tended to be obviously increased,There were significant correlations among the activity of NAG and the contents of protein or β 2 MG in urine.The resutlts suggested that urinary NAG might be an early sensitive indicator for evaluating chromium induced renal damage.
