摘要
观察螺旋藻(Spirulina,SP)对提高高温环境下热耐力的作用,结果显示SP具有一定的提高热耐力作用,补充1.0g/kg体重的SP,小鼠热致死时间比对照组延长。受热90min后,喂高剂量SP组和低剂量SP+L-ASP+TYr组小鼠肛温比对照组低0.3~0.5℃(P<0.05)。上述结果提示SP具有增强耐热能力。
The paper explored the effects of spirulina(SP)on improving the heat stable potency under high temperature.The experiment results showed that SP can enhance the heat stable potency.In the Supplementing Sp 1 0g/kg B.W gorup,the time of mice heat death prolongs with compared the control gorup,after go minutes heating In high dose SP gorup and low dose SP+L-asp+Tyr group,mice rectum temperature were low 0 3~0 5℃ than of the control gorup(P<0 05).It suggested tht SP could improve ability of tolerance on heat.The SP+L-asp +Tyr group on improving heat stable potency is better than simple used SP.
