摘要
应用原子荧光光谱法测定食品中的重金属元素是近年来发展的新技术。为了对进口食品中总汞的测定方法进行研究,运用压力罐消解——原子荧光光谱法代替传统的测汞方法,该法简便、经济、灵敏度高,精密度和准确性好。汞标准曲线的线性范围为0~60ug/L,检出限为0.05ug/L。对13种进口食品中总汞的测定,平均回收率为90.25~121.3%。用本方法测定标准参比物质。
Using atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS)to determinate the heavy metal in food is a new technology.The traditional method for determination of total mercury was replaced by using high pressure digestion and AFS.The method is convenient ,economic ,sensitive and accurate.The linearithy range of STD curve was 0~60ug/L;The detecting limit was 0 05ug/L;The average recoveries range was form 90 25% to 121 3% in the imported food of 13 kinds.The result of analyzing a standard reference meterial was in good agreement with the reference value.
