两种氟浓度的APF泡沫在频率不同时对釉质抗龋效果的影响

目的 为了安全有效地应用高氟浓度的 Ａ Ｐ Ｆ 泡沫，本实验研究了降低氟浓度而啬其使用频率以后，其抗龋性能的变化。方法 用５０００ｐｐｍ 氟泡沫处理釉质，同时增加其使用频率，并与常规使用的１２３００ｐｐｍ 氟泡沫的抗龋效果、摄氟量进了体外比较。结果 偏光镜和显微 Ｘ 线研究结果表明，在本实验条件下，适当增加５０００ｐｐｍ氟泡沫的使用频率后，釉质病变深度明显变浅，病变脱矿程度减轻，可得到与常规使用的１２３００ｐｐｍ 氟泡沫相似的抗龋效果。结论 在本实验条件下。

Objective To investigate the p53 expression and its clinical relation.Methods p53 gene protein expression of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma was analysed by flow cytometry and cytoimmunofluoresence staining technique.Results p53 protein expression in normal salivary gland tissues were negative.The content of p53 protein and positive expression rate were associated with the tumor invasion.Conclusion The content of p53 protein and positive expression rate have no relationship with histological type,DNA ploid and proliferative characteristics.
